The twenty-first edition of Buyer Point, much to the satisfaction of everyone involved, took place on May 28th.

Exhibitors praised not only the attendance but, even more so, the quality of the buyers. Nearly all the major DIY and garden brands participated with their entire purchasing departments.

As always, the wholesale sector was strongly represented, including all the main distribution groups and large independent players. E-commerce also played a significant role, increasingly central to an evolving market.

A standout characteristic of Buyer Point, as always, was the strong international buyer participation. Many attendees noted that English was the most spoken language in the halls.

The inaugural dinner was also, as always, very well received. Attendees, equally split between buyers and exhibitors, confirmed its reputation as the most enjoyable business event of the year.

Finally, attendees also had the chance to admire the exhibition set up for the 60th anniversary of our magazine, Ferramenta&Casalinghi. It was an opportunity to take a trip down memory lane and revisit faces and pages from over half a century of hardware and DIY. It was truly moving to see so many key figures from our industry smiling, emotional, and some even teary-eyed, as they remembered those who shaped the history of our sector.
