On May 7th, the Quantum Capital Partner (QCP) fund acquired the entire share package of Arexons from Petronas Lubricants Italy SpA (PL Italy). QCP is a private investment fund that primarily invests in medium to large industrial companies with growth potential.

“Arexons S.p.A. will continue to operate, maintaining its current company name, denomination, VAT number, and tax code. It will continue to conduct business as it does today, with the same focus on the quality of its product portfolio and the level of service offered to its customers, concentrating its efforts on progressing its current strategic plan.

Thanks to the support of the new shareholder, the company will accelerate growth to reach its full potential, while simultaneously working on revising the supply chain process and procurement strategy to continuously improve overall product availability and customer service.

We will continue to invest in our strategic brands—Arexons, Svitol, and Fulcron—and our portfolio remains unchanged, including the supply of Selenia, VS, and Paraflu.”
