Colfert, a leading company in the distribution of technical solutions and services for window and door professionals, finalized the acquisition of Brescia Ferport, a key distributor in the Brescia area, known for its expertise and reliability in the hardware and accessories sector for doors, windows, and the furniture industry.

This integration leverages the valuable assets of consolidated relationships, technical expertise, and local market knowledge that Brescia Ferport has built over time.

The operation represents a new step in the territorial expansion of the Colfert group, which continues to strengthen its presence in Northern Italy by enhancing its distribution network and its capacity to offer a consultancy service to industry professionals. The Brescia location will be added to the existing ones in the Treviso area – Mogliano Veneto and Dosson di Casier – and the one in Azzate, in the province of Varese.

With the acquisition of Brescia Ferport, the Colfert Group will now have almost 170 employees, with over 80 dedicated to commercial relations with customers, who are committed daily to finding solutions that improve the work of the nearly 3,500 window and door manufacturers who choose the company’s services and products.

The transaction, which was finalized on October 13, 2025, further consolidates Colfert’s position among the main Italian distributors in the sector, propelling the Group towards new goals of customer service and innovation.

Colfert is an important wholesaler dedicated to hardware and accessories for window and door frames, covering the aluminium, wood, and PVC fixture sectors. For over 50 years, it has been a point of reference in north-east Italy.
